Ahoj, včera mi jeden můj "kámoš" řekl že bych měla změnit styl vlasů. Já jsem nejdřív říkala : ,, Jako co blázní, já a změnit styl..." Ale potom jsem nad tím přemýšlela a říkám si : ,, Mmmmmmm... možná bych měla změnit styl, ale jak?" Já s míma vlasama asi už nic neudělam ale to je jedno protože já mám tak blbou ofinu že.... Hgghfghbsgej .. asi tak.:D;)

The prostate is an essential part of a male's reproductive system. It secretes fluids that assisted in the transportation and activation of sperm. The men's prostate can be found just in front of the rectum, below the bladder and surrounding the urethra. When there is prostate problem, it is usually really really irritating and inconvenient for that patient as his urinary method is directly affected.

The common prostate health problems are prostate infection, enlarged prostate and prostate cancer.

Prostate infection, also called prostatitis, is the most common prostate-related problem in men younger than 55 years. Infections from the prostate related are classified into four types - acute bacterial prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic abacterial prostatitis and prosttodynia.

Acute bacterial prostatitis will be the least common of all forms of prostate infection. It is caused by bacteria located in the large intestines or urinary tract. Patients may go through fever, chills, body aches, back pains and urination problems. This condition is treated by using antibiotics or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to ease the swelling.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis is really a condition connected with a particular defect inside the gland and the persistence presence of bacteria in the urinary tract. It can be brought on by trauma on the urinary tract or by infections originating from other areas from the body. A patient may go through testicular pain, back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it can be treated by removal in the prostate defect then making use antibiotics and NSAIDs to treat the soreness.

Non-bacterial prostatitis is the reason for approximately 90% of prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not to determine the causes of these conditions. Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is essential for health and wellness and it'll also maintain the urinary track clean.

2. Some studies advise that several ejaculations a week will help to prevent cancer of the prostate.

3. Eat steak sparingly. It has been shown that consuming more than four meals of beef per week will raise the risk of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain a suitable diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to make sure sufficient intake of nutrients essential for prostate health.

The most critical measure to consider to make sure a wholesome prostate is always to go for regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years old and above, you must opt for prostate examination at least one time annually.
